New Bajaj Pulsar 150 C&G Launched in Nepal

As you may know, Pulsar 150 changed the motorcycle market trend ever since its debut. It completely changed the industry with more focus on performance rather than fuel efficiency. After all these years, Bajaj Pulsar series is still one of the best selling sports bikes in Nepal. Moreover, Bajaj Pulsar 150 is expected to get bigger and more iconic. How?  Whenever a new bike gets its launch in Nepal, you expect it to come with over the top changes. You might even expect new features, new designs, and new performance numbers. Yes, there are certain cases in which that happens, but in this situation, that’s not the case. Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD – C&G comes with just slight visual changes. Whereas, the core Bajaj Pulsar 150 DNA still remains the same.

 It’s a dead giveaway. Just look at the official name, “Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD – C&G”. So, there are two new things in Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD 2019: Cowl and Graphics. You will get a sportier underbelly panel (engine cowl) and new sportier color graphics. Moreover, you can get the new Pulsar 150 in two different color variants: Red and Blue.
 
What’s Unchanged in Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD – C&G?
 While Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD 2019 is a newer model, most of the specs have been carried over from its predecessors. It is powered by the same four-stroke DTS-i engine with 149.5cc displacement. Furthermore, It can generate a max power of 14Ps at 8000rpm and max torque of 13.4Nm at 6000rpm. Again, the power train number remains the same. Likewise, it gets the same exhaust sound, vibration, performance, and reliability. All in all, the overall engine, specs, and performance remain unchanged.

Furthermore, it comes with the same twin-disc braking, sportier split-seats, larger rear tires, blue-lit instrument console, and thicker front forks.

While you aren’t wrong per se, but I do have a different opinion.At least for a little while, I would recommend you to wait. Yes, it is tempting but there is one thing missing here: ABS. As you might already know that every 150cc and above motorcycles come with mandatory single-channel ABS. So, it is just a matter of time before Bajaj Pulsar 150 TD ABS launch in Nepal. Well, the single-channel ABS will sharply hike the overall price, but it is definitely worth to invest in safety.

Moreover, Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon another reason to wait. Pulsar 150 Neon comes in “retro Pulsar 150 design”. So, its the retro matt-design with the same engine and same performance. Then, what’s the catch? Bajaj Pulsar 150 Neon price in Nepal is expected to be far less when compared to the TD model.
